Margot Suchet is a designer and photographer who strives for inclusivity and balance in her work. Originally from Nashville, she moved to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and a minor in Graphic Design with a Photography emphasis. During her time in school, she took part in the UTk Architecture college’s first vertical design studio as well as competed in ASID student portfolio competition. She was among one of three selected designers for the University of Tennessee architectural graphic and representation competition. From there, she worked for STRIKE Magazine as their layout Designer, editorial designer, graphic designer, and Photographer, as a contributing photographer for Music Scene media, 4th wall magazine, and Ease up magazine, a graphic designer for PLeaser Magazine, and worked as a design intern at Benefield Richters Design Firm.

My goal in life is to work a job that makes me happy, drives my passions, and brings me fufillment to that life. The arts is what drives humanity and being a part of the never-ending outpour of creativity in a community brings me joy. To see culture in conjunction with good design is what I strive for. In the future, I see myself working for people that put people first and an overarching drive to contribute positively to society.
